NYChapters is a short documentary series celebrating the lives of individual New Yorkers. In this episode, we meet Brian "Monkey" Northam who has been driving Central Park carriages for 32 years. "Hacking a customer is trying to get a customer to take a ride," he explains. "I have an ugly carriage so I have to sell the ride."
