Across the American West and elsewhere, the issue of water scarcity is real and urgent. Some suggest California could be out of water in 12 months. How threatening is the current drought? And what should officials do about it? A variety of panelists from the public and private sectors sit down to discuss the present threat and propose solutions to this issue.
