A Discussion on Police and Violence in America

Ferguson has catalyzed a national conversation in America about race and police brutality. A disproportionate number of black men fall victim to police violence, yet few are willing to attribute this recurrence to the failures and biases of the individual officers who hold the guns. This 90-minute discussion featuring community leaders, activists, and experts explores the ways in which America must rethink its systematically racist policing tactics.

This discussion took place at the 2015 Aspen Ideas Festival.
