The New York Times has been posting a new webcam photo of the city skyline every minute -- you can check out "The View From Above" here -- and a couple enterprising Vimeo users have wasted no time in transforming these images into time-lapse videos. Thomas Bensmann's, below, reveals the onslaught of the storm from October 29-30.
