StoryCorps, an independent nonprofit, has recorded and archived more than 40,000 interviews since 2003. In collaboration with the Rauch Brothers, they've brought select anecdotes to life through animation. With Father's Day approaching, they've released a new short about John L. Black, Sr., a janitor who "regularly put in 16-hour days to provide for his wife and 11 children." Here, his son Samuel describes "his father's lasting legacy and the power of a look."
