From tiny tropical beaches to micro go-go dancers, The City of Samba captures the color and energy of Brazil's famous celebration with a tilt-shift effect, shrinking everything to an adorable scale. The video is by Jarbas Agnelli and Keith Loutit, whose Small Worlds project is an ongoing effort to document cities and landscapes in a tilt-shift style.
