In Return of the Sun, an Inuit community in Greenland celebrates after weeks of winter darkness, even as they face drastic effects of climate change on their ecosystem. A fisherman describes how he fishes via dog sled less and less, as the ice melts away at a rate of 15 meters per year, forcing him to fish by boat.

Glen Milner and Ben Hilton spent about a week in Ilulissat, a community of 4,00 people, to shoot this short documentary for Nowness, a lifestyle and culture site. Working with only a few hours of sunlight a day, they managed to capture the beautiful dawn light and icy landscapes of the remote region beautifully. They describe the experience in this post on Nowness.
