I°CE ON WATER is a dreamy visual study of the joy of ice skating on a new (and forbidden) surface, thanks to Europe's very cold winter this year. Vitùc, a filmmaker based in Luxembourg, captured weightless moments in slow motion and from low angles for a surreal, first-person perspective.

Don't miss Yesterday, another experimental work by Vitùc, shot entirely with an iPhone and the Hipstamatic app. For more images of the extreme winter in Europe, see Alan Taylor's "Deep Freeze Spreads Across Europe."
