Beginning with an urge just to "make stuff," Joel Bukiewicz started making knives by hand in his Brooklyn studio while on a hiatus from writing. As he perfected his craft, his business, Cut Brooklyn, thrived. This video is the second in the Made by Hand series by Keith Ehrlich, which profiles independent businesses dedicated to handcrafted products.
