This weightless, dreamlike aerial footage was shot from a Hexacopter. Developed by William Thielicke, a Phd student in Germany, the Hexacopter is a remote control "micro air vehicle" with six rotating blades. Thielicke has made the project available under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share-Alike license on his website, where you can read more about the technology behind the video.
