Apparently one of Kim Jong-un's targets, in addition to places like California and D.C. is Austin, Texas. Stewart suspects that, other than wanting to win the favor of the rest of Texas, Kim might have been personal hurt by that big festival Austin plays host to. "Did South by Southwest reject your indie film, Little Miss Un-Shine?"
But in the second part of the segment Stewart got a little nervous about that whole nuclear reactor thing. Until, he simply owned North Korea when it comes to Photoshop.
