Two new pieces of abortion-related midterm spending in the last two days: 


  • Americans United for Life announced this morning that it will target lawmakers who supported health care reform with "a $600,000 grassroots online and radio ad campaign designed to hold politicians accountable for their support of taxpayer-funded abortion. "Life Counts" targets Congressional candidates in twelve key battleground districts located in Indiana, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Arkansas, and Colorado."   • Susan B. Anthony List and the National Organization for Marriage announced Wednesday they're teaming up to spend $200,000 to air this Spanish-language TV ad in the California Senate race. English translation: "Our values make our people special. Work. Family. Children. Barbara Boxer doesn't share our values. She supports abortion and homosexual marriage... ...and voted against immigration reform to permit our people to come here legally to work. We've had enough of her talk. Carly Fiorina for US Senate. Our values. Our senator."
