Another note about Congressman Mark Souder's resignation: he's the latest member of the vaunted Republican House of Representatives class of 1994 to fall prey to scandal. When Mark Sanford admitted to his affair last year, Michael Falcone pointed out at Politico that the GOP class of '94 had been plagued by scandal, including Sanford's and that of Sen. John Ensign. Souder, now, becomes the next to fall from the class that gave Republicans control of the House.
