Reviews came in for Mitt Romney's new book, "No Apologies: The Case for American Greatness," and reviewers saw him rejecting the populism of the tea party movement; Romney says he's put off thinking about whether he'll run for president "until the time comes"; Newt Gingrich will head to Iowa in May to headline a fundraiser for the Polk County Republican Party; word is that Sarah Palin and her entourage cleaned out the swag suite at the Oscars; Mike Pence introduced his constitutional amendment to limit federal spending; and after Minnesota didn't get past the first round in competition for Race to the Top money, Tim Pawlenty's spokesman blamed it on teachers' unions.
