President Obama has been increasingly stymied by Congress, with Senator Richard Shelby putting a blanket hold on all executive nominees and Congressional Republicans threatening to boycott the president's health care summit later this month.

"Continuing to play footsie with opponents will only get him into more trouble," says Martin, so he urges Obama to "go gangsta."
