Question Of The Weekend: Civilian Trials Or Military Tribunals?

Would the Obama administration be better off, politically, trying Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and the alleged 9/11 conspirators in civilian criminal courts as planned, or reversing course and using military tribunals?
