More McCain overseas travel: he'll go to Colombia and Mexico next month. Still no word on when Barack Obama will travel to Iraq, although -- just guessing -- it's probably going to be sooner, rather than later, and it will not be announced in advance.

Mr. Galen is on paid staff as a "senior adviser" and is said to be a prevailing voice in the office. The chain of speculation looks like this: She hires Rich Galen, increases her profile on national cables and now her staff is getting restless. (That doesn't translate to running for governor of TX.) Does McCain double down on experience and bring the HRC women by choosing her?
