Covering Tibet

Obviously, the PRC government puts a premium on information control. For a long time the hope has been that growing connectivity through the internet will start to undermine its information-control capabilities. And to some extent that's happened, but it also seems that The Great Firewall of China has generally been more effective than I would have thought ten years ago.
