Artist Michael Pendry adds a white origami dove to his art installation "Les Colombes," which is being installed at Salisbury Cathedral on May 10, 2018, in Wiltshire, England. The art installation, which features a flock of around 2,500 white origami doves flying the length of the cathedral nave, opens to the public on May 12. Community groups in Salisbury have been encouraged to write their own messages and fold their own doves. Members of the intermediate seniors ballet class work through some moves at the Queensland Ballet dance studios on May 6, 2018, in Brisbane, Australia. Queensland Ballet has been running ballet classes for seniors every Sunday morning since 2015, with participants ranging from 60 to 85 years of age. A study by Queensland Ballet and the Queensland University of Technology released in April found that ballet helped older Australians feel happier, more energetic and healthier overall. The three-month project began in 2017 to critically investigate older adults' motivations to participate in ballet, and its health and well-being outcomes. It found found participants experienced higher energy levels, greater flexibility, improved posture, and an enhanced sense of achievement. They also felt happier and enjoyed a sense of community and friendship. #
