For the past four days, across Britain and the Commonwealth of Nations, celebrations have been commemorating the 60th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II. Events have included parties large and small, horse races, parades, a river pageant, and a huge music concert in front of Buckingham Palace.
