The thing I love about cooking is that there are sorts of recipes which taste great, but can actually be prepared on easymode. I think half the problem with cooking is that it's made to look complicated--and surely some aspects of it are. But I think my 11-year old could knock this joint out. Just make sure you have oven mitts on both hands, and a towel nearby. The pan gets hot really fast.
