No "climate change" in tonight's speech? It doesn't appear in the full version released by the White House. Mentions of "energy" seem to be couched on the context of clean energy technologies that Americans can invent and/or build, fitting with the economic/competitiveness theme of the speech. Coupled with the news yesterday that energy/climate "czar" Carol Browner is leaving the administration, this is bad news for environmentalists.
