It goes without saying that there are technologies we would be better off without. But the badness rarely lies in the technology; it is almost always a matter of bad chemistry between the technology and the ambient culture.... Technology only highlights and underlines the text it is given....

To hate technology is in the end to hate humanity, to hate yourself, because technology is what human beings do.
