Former Presidents Bush won’t endorse Trump: Spokesmen for the 41st American president, George H.W. Bush, as well as the 43rd, George W. Bush, told the Texas Tribune the two former leaders will sit out the 2016 election cycle. Trump is the presumptive GOP nominee after winning Indiana on Tuesday. His two rivals in the race, Ted Cruz and John Kasich, have since dropped out.  

Remembering Bob Bennett: The three-term Republican U.S. senator from Utah was unseated in his state’s party primary in 2010 by Tea Party insurgents. Bennett was 82. The cause, according to the AP, was complications from pancreatic cancer and a stroke.

Powerball jackpot grows: It now stands at $415 million. The next drawing is Saturday.
