Low oil prices are hitting bottom lines: BP said it lost $3.3 billion in the fourth quarter of last year. In all of 2015, it said, it lost $6.48 billion. In 2014, it had made a profit of $3.78 billion. The company also said it would cut up to 3,000 more jobs and announced a management shake-up.
