Another Bataclan attacker: French Prime Minister Manuel Valls told BFM-TV that a third attacker had been identified. He did not identify the suspect, but did not dispute reports in Le Parisien that identified him as Foued Mohamed-Aggad, 23, of Strasbourg, France. Ninety people were killed at the concert venue on November 13. Update: More here

Suspected Bitcoin founder raided: Police in Sydney, Australia, raided properties owned by Craig Steven Wright for tax-related issues. Wired and Gizmodo both identified Wright as the creator of Bitcoin, the virtual currency. Update: More here

A planned merger of chemical giants:  Dow Chemical and Dupont are in advanced talks to merge, The Wall Street Journal is reporting. Together, the companies are worth about $120 billion.

North Face founder dies: Douglas Tompkins, who founded the adventure-clothing brand, as well as Esprit, was killed in a kayaking accident in southern Chile. He was 72. North Face confirmed his death in a statement. Update: More here
