The Sexual-Assault Charge Against Bill Cosby: Pennsylvania prosecutors have charged the comedian with aggravated indecent assault for allegedly drugging and violating a woman in his home near Philadelphia in 2004. The criminal charge is the first of its kind against Cosby since dozens of women began to come forward last year about alleged sexual assaults by the TV star that went as far back as the 1960s. The Refugee Crisis, in 2015: The U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees said that the number of migrants and refugees who have arrived in Europe by sea this year has topped 1 million. The announcement comes a week after the International Organization for Migration said the total number of people arriving in Europe—by land and sea routes—in 2015 had exceeded 1 million.

‘Affluenza’ Teen’s Winter Break: The 18-year-old who was sentenced to 10 years probation for killing four people in a 2013 car accident has been granted a three-day delay in deportation in Mexico, where he and his mother fled this month. Ethan and Tonya Couch were scheduled to fly back to Houston tonight. The pair were discovered in the resort city of Puerto Vallarta after they made “a phone call for pizza,” according to the AP.
