A Short Video for the Imminent Winter

Halloween has ended. November has arrived. At least here in the Northern Hemispherical United States, that means we’ve begun our collective hibernal slide—into Thanksgiving, then Christmas et al., then New Year’s, and then the Long Endless Night of January and February.

Let’s not pretend winter is without its charms, though. For example, sometimes it’s so cold that soap bubbles turn into ice in seconds, as snow glints on the trees, the sun stays low and amber in the sky, and a warm guitar plays cuddly descending scales. Or at least this video makes it look that way:
