Sentencing for Hastert: Matt reports: A federal judge sentenced former House Speaker Dennis Hastert to 15 months in prison on Wednesday for lying to investigators and evading federal banking regulations as part of a scheme to cover up decades-old sexual misconduct.

Greece transfers Syrians to Turkey: Twelve were sent today. The move is part of a deal between the EU and Turkey under which migrants who traveled illegally to Europe will be sent to Turkey. In exchange, the EU will take an equal number of registered Syrian refugees.
