A good night for Trump and Clinton: Donald Trump won last night in all but four U.S. states being contested on Super Tuesday. Ted Cruz, the Republican senator, won three: his home state of Texas, Oklahoma, and Alaska, results for which were announced early this morning. Marco Rubio chalked up a win in Minnesota. On the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton won all states, save Vermont, Massachusetts, Colorado, and Oklahoma, which went to her rival, Bernie Sanders.

EU to unveil emergency migration aid: The BBC is reporting that the EU is preparing to spend millions of euros on humanitarian aid as its member states struggle to cope with an influx of migrants and refugees fleeing the civil war in Syria and unrest elsewhere. The bloc will submit plans for the aid today, the BBC reports.

A return home: Astronaut Scott Kelly returns to the U.S. after spending nearly a year in space. He landed last night in Kazakhstan.
