Belgium attacks, cont’d: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told reporters Wednesday that his country deported Ibrahim el-Bakraoui, one of the suicide bombers who struck Brussels yesterday, back to Europe in 2015 and warned Belgian authorities about his ties to terrorism. Joe Garagiola, 1926-2016: The legendary baseball commentator and former St. Louis Cardinals catcher died Wednesday in Scottsdale, Arizona, Major League Baseball announced. He was 90 years old.
