Brussels attacks, cont’d: Belgian police arrested a man in connection with Tuesday’s attack. Authorities also confirmed that one of the suicide bombers at Brussels airport was Najim Laachraoui, who has also been linked to the Paris attacks. Meanwhile, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry confirmed that at least two Americans were among the more than 30 people killed in the attacks.
U.S. kills ISIS leaders: Defense Secretary Ash Carter said U.S. strikes this week killed Haji Imam, widely regarded as ISIS’s No. 2 leader. “We are systematically eliminating ISIL’s cabinet,” he said. Update: More here
