Exit, Chris Christie: The New Jersey governor is expected to suspend his presidential campaign after his disappointing sixth-place finish in last night New Hampshire primary.

A warning from the Fed: Janet Yellen, the U.S. Federal Reserve’s chairwoman, said “financial conditions in the United States have recently become less supportive of growth.” But, she added, other factors will ensure that “economic activity will expand at a moderate pace … [and] labor market indicators will continue to strengthen.” Global markets rose following her remarks to Congress.

French citizenship law: Lawmakers approved a controversial measure that would strip convicted French terrorists of their citizenship. The measure was introduced following the deadly Paris attacks last November.
