A man with a knife is killed in Paris: Police shot the man who shouted “Allahu Akbar.” Officials said a printed image of the ISIS flag and a handwritten note in Arabic was found on his body. Police are investigating the incident, which comes on the first anniversary of the deadly attack on Charlie Hebdo.
