An arrest in Belgium: A ninth suspect who was arrested this week in connection with last month’s attacks in Paris appeared today before a Brussels court. The man has been identified as Abdoullah C, who reportedly had contacts with a cousin of Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the suspected mastermind of the November 13 attacks.

Reports say U.S. plans deportation: Starting next month, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a unit of the Department of Homeland Security, will start to deport Central Americans who have evaded orders for their removal, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post are reporting. The operation will reportedly only target those adults and children who have already been ordered to leave.
