Iran deal: Senator Barbara Milkulski announced her support for the nuclear agreement with Iran. Her support gives President Obama the 34 votes he needs to guarantee Congress can’t block the deal.

Freddie Gray trial: The first hearing for six officers charged with Gray’s death began this morning. Baltimore City Court Judge Barry Glenn Williams denied a motion to recuse State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby for her alleged conflict of interest, and another to dismiss the case on prosecutorial misconduct.

Defiant Kentucky clerk: Kim Davis denied another same-sex couple a marriage license. The Rowan County clerk could be declared in contempt of court on Thursday. Over to my colleague Sage:
