Migrant Crisis : Six trains carrying more than 1,000 people have arrived in Vienna from Hungary. Most of those on board are hoping to travel to Germany—which is expecting to take in 800,000 refugees this year. Update: More here.

ISIS: The U.N. confirms the militant group has destroyed the Temple of Bel in Palmyra. Last week, the militant group destroyed the Temple of Baalshamin—another ancient treasure in the historic city.  Update: More here.

Clinton emails: Roughly 7,000 pages of Hillary Clinton’s emails were released by the State Department late Monday. Of those, about 150 emails were redacted because information on them was deemed confidential at the time they were being released—not when they were sent by former secretary of state—the department said.
