Kevin Clash is no longer Elmo, but that won't stop the lawsuits from piling up. TMZ is reporting that a fourth person has come forward and filed a lawsuit claiming Clash took advantage of him when he was 16 and 17 and paid for his vacations to New York City. The accuser is going by the name John Doe. "Doe claims ... Clash eventually flew him out to NYC and gave him money and a place to stay. During the trip, Doe claims the two had sex on multiple occasions," reports TMZ, which has broken pretty much every story on Clash's many accusers. "According to our lawsuit, Kevin Clash knowingly paid to transport a minor across state lines for the purpose of satisfying his sexual interests," said Doe's attorney, one Jeff Herman — a self-described "nationally-recognized trial lawyer and advocate for survivors of rape, sexual abuse and sexual exploitation" who is representing two other cases against Clash. The puppeteer resigned on November 20 when the second accuser had stepped forward, who was followed by a third. The original accuser is not pressing charges.
