Ever since Amy Poehler suggested on Saturday Night Live that former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich was wearing a toupee that's also wearing a toupee, the reality of his hair has been a bit of a lingering question, but now we know the truth: It's real, but he dyes it.
The Associated Press got ahold of Blagojevich's barber, who said the former governor wouldn't be able to get hair dye in prison for security reasons: "John Sell, a spokesman for the Federal Correctional Institution Englewood outside Denver, where Blagojevich is held, said hair dyes are prohibited because prisoners could potentially use them to disguise their appearance in attempted escapes." But in Blagojevich's case, the gray's what will hide his identity. His barber said "his hair will turn gray, like Jay Leno's."
