The DJIA gained 154 points or 1.2 percent. The NASDAQ also reached an eleven year high. People are quick to note that the landmark of the Dow reaching pre-recession levels could be good news for President Obama's reelection effort. But then, given the fickleness of markets these days, who knows what next week may bring?
