Location: Sea Island, Georgia

Price: $7,800,000

Located not far from the Sea Island Beach Club, this waterfront classic was built in 1932 in the style of a Spanish hacienda. For better or worse, the interiors haven't been modified much since then, save for the addition of some glass doors and windows. The large entertaining spaces would be perfect for a party, but some of the oil paintings and tchotchkes are a little too dusty for the chic jet-set crowd. Luckily, old money Sea Island has never been overly concerned with those types, but it did host the G8 summit back in 2004. As a fitting place for world leaders to convene, it shouldn't be a surprise that the island's mansions command high prices, like this eight-bedroom sprawler that is asking $7,800,000.
