Rupert Murdoch Spots the Central Park Peacock
How did the bird find the News Corp. boss's house? Was it phone hacking?
The world watched in awe on Wednesday when a peacock escaped from the Central Park Zoo and zipped around the Upper East Side. New Yorker photographer Landon Nordeman happened to be in the neighborhood and happened to have his camera handy. And funnily enough, Rupert Murdoch happened to be coming home to his Fifth Avenue co-op next door to where the bird was perched for part of the evening.
