In what may be her first public appearance since being shot on January 8th, Gabrielle Giffords will most likely attend her husband's space shuttle launch next month. Her husband, commander Mark Kelly, will be at the helm of the space shuttle Endeavor which is set for it's final launch and will be the second-to-last mission for the current incarnation of the space shuttle fleet. "The plan is for her to attend," said C.J. Karamargin, the Arizona Democrat's spokesman told Reuters. "That it is a goal that we are working toward, and we certainly hope that she'll be there.The spacecraft is set to lift off at 7:48 p.m. on April 19 from Kennedy Space Center.
