I have no idea what to think about this. I wish I had a better sense of whether Joel Klein's tenure was a success, or not. I wish I had a better sense of what actually happened here in regards to test scores. And lastly, as we've discussed before. I wish I heard more about schools besides test scores. If kids in your school are less likely to drop-out, get pregnant or end up in jail, I'd say that's worth something.
