I'm late to this but still...

The Obama administration urged a federal judge early Saturday to dismiss a lawsuit over its targeting of a U.S. citizen for killing overseas, saying that the case would reveal state secrets.

...I have to say this strikes me as really heinous. See Glenn and Adam for more. I link to this because it's amazing to me how little political price there is to be paid for eroding civil liberties almost a decade after 9/11. The notion that the executive can send its agents to execute Americans, and never have to explain why is thoroughly chilling.
