MEN and women, in one fiat,
Lead the life of dog and cat.

Oh architect, a flight of stairs
Proximity and temper spares.

Avoid, my dears, contiguous devils
And grind your teeth on different
levels.

Let each, in privacy apart,
Wring the withers, purge the heart.

Only so, and unprofaned,
Is your flatlet self-contained.
