Eight Injured in O'Hare Fire
A spokesman for American Airlines says seven passengers and one flight attendant were injured after their plane caught fire at O’Hare International Airport.
They were taken to the hospital. Their condition is unknown.
The rest of the passengers were given a new flight to Miami.
A Fire Drill Earlier in the Day Adds to Confusion
There apparently was a fire drill earlier Friday, which led to confusion initially about what was happening at O’Hare.
