What’s down in Brazil: A judge has ordered wireless phone carriers in Brazil to block access to WhatsApp, the Facebook-owned communication service, for 72 hours for reasons unknown because of “legal secrecy,” Reuters reports. More than 100 million people in Brazil use WhatsApp.
