This Just In: Explosion Reported in Turkish Capital

An explosion caused by a car bomb in Ankara, the Turkish capital, has killed at least five people and wounded 10 others, Turkish news organizations are reporting, citing Ankara’s governor.

CNN Türk reported that the explosion occurred near military buildings in the city.
