Does Scotus Ruling Help Obama on Iran?

Nicholas Burns thinks so. A strong president domestically translates into a strong president overseas, he's arguing at an Arab Spring session at the Aspen Ideas Festival. David Rothkopf argues something separate, but also good news for Obama: The housing numbers are coming up. I agree with Rothkopf that this might actually be the most important political news of the day.
